Administrative Assistant - Safety&Quality


  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , any field.
  • Required language(s): English, Filipino
  • Ability to communicate in both written and oral English
  • Detail and process flow oriented
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Flexible and able to multi task and work effectively in a fast paced environment
  • Must be proficient with MS Office Application
  • Fast learner
  • No work experience required.
  • Full-Time position available.



• Provide administrative support to the office of the Vice President, including but not limited to:
    • Handle documents for VP's signature and ensure documents for routing are properly endorsed.
    • Handle calendar and schedules of VP to ensure meetings and/or appointments are plotted appropriately.
    • Prepare presentations and pertinent documents needed for VP’s meetings.
    • Attend meeting/s on behalf of VP and prepare minutes, as required.
    • Prepare and monitor all travel related documents for VP’s business travel requirements.
    • Prepare/draft memo and/or other communication material for VP, as needed.
• Arrange department’s section meetings and section’s sessions, as needed.
• Prepare and monitor Payment Advices, as needed.
• Prepare reports and presentations at the instance of the Vice President.
• Act as custodian of the department’s assigned vehicles.
• Manage the scheduling and the use of the Media Room
• Assist in the preparation of the Department’s annual budget and cost reviews in coordination with the various functional units.
• Act as back-up to the section’s document control staff
• Oversee all aspect of general office coordination, maintaining confidentiality of client, staff and company information.
• Assist in the administrative requirements of the other units in the Department, e.g. general supplies, preparation of BTAs, etc.
• Perform tasks as may be assigned from time to time.
