Primary Responsibilities:

 

  • Promote and ensure compliance to quality, safety, security and customer service standards based on regulatory requirements, government laws, acceptable industry standards and company policies and procedures.
  • Monitor and update training records of assigned stations.
  • Prepare and monitor the section’s cash advances and liquidations.
  • Handle monthly tracking of budget vs. actual expenses.
  • Assist Station Manager in petty cash replenishment, as required, applicable to Clerk – Outstation and Manila.
  • Assist in scheduling meetings, notifying attendees as initiated by the section.
  • Provide general clerical assistance.

Qualifications:

 

  • Must be a graduate of any four-year course.
  • Previous work experience is not required.
  • Must have good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Willing to work in Pasay city.
  • Can start immediately.
  •
