Primary Responsibilities:

  • Monitor departmental handling of offenses committed by employees.
  • Liaise with different departments on matters pertaining to policies, disciplinary cases, etc.
  • Acts as a liaison officer with Corporate Labor and Business Unit.
  • Ensure a systematic, recording and documentation of employee relations cases.

 

Qualifications:

  • Must be a college graduate of any HR related course - Psychology, Human Resources Management, Behavioral Science, etc.
  • Fresh or recent graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Previous work experience in Employee Relations is an advantage.
  • Willing to work in Pasay city.
  • Can start immediately
