HRIS Manager

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Strategically drive tactics to automate HR processes and provide value to internal and external stakeholders / customers.
  • Take lead in the planning, execution and control of HR Systems developed and partner with various HR functions.
  • Establish and ensure quality control standards and processes that meet the requirements set by the various HR functions.
  • Extract data for a wide range of data points for reporting and to be able to make smarter decisions.

 

Qualifications:

  • Must be a graduate of a four-year course. IT or Human Resource related courses is an advantage.
  • Must have at least 3 years of experience in HRIS
  • Must have had managerial experience for at least 3 years.
  • Willing to work in Pasay city.
  • Can start immediately
