Primary Responsibilities:

 

The Liaison Officer will be the key point of contact with regard to the concerns of Cebu Pacific with Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines (CAAP) particularly the pilot requirements and relevant documents/certificates such as licenses, checkride permit, validation, accreditation, etc.

 

  • Provide assistance to pilots with regard to the processing of licenses (flying, medical, radio) and ELP Certificate.
  • Monitor closely the status of pilots’ license application or checkride permit submitted to CAAP.
  • Forward CEB’s training-related requests to the concerned unit in CAAP, i.e. request for Check Pilot to conduct training facilities inspection and simulator accreditation, to supervise and monitor the proficiency check of training pilots and Designated Check Pilot (DCP) as well as to supervise the Airline Transport Pilot License (ATPL) check.
  • Follow-up invoices for CAAP Daily Subsistence Allowance (DSA) to facilitate payment.
  • Forward CEB’s payment for the Inspector’s DSA and simulator accreditation certificate.


Qualifications:

  • Graduate of any 4-year course
  • Familiarity with PCAR and CAAP regulations is an advantage
  • Willing to work in Pasay City
  • Can start immediately
