Marketing Specialist - Campaigns


JOB QUALIFICATIONS

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Business Studies/Administration/Management, Mass Communications, Marketing or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferrably has a training on campaign management. Experience on Loyalty Marketing Program Operations and Management is a plus.
  • Ability to add value to the end to end lifecycle of a data driven campaign from concept development to execution and measurement.
  • Has a thorough understanding of online and offline marketing processes.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and Powerpoint.
  • Has excellent written and verbal communication skills / interpersonal and team work.
  • Has the ability to work under pressure and produce desired results to strict deadline
  • Has strong work ethic, detail oriented, and process driven.
  • Applicants must be willing to be assigned at Pasay City.

JOB DESCRIPTION AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Implement branding, marketing, advertising, communications and distribution programs in coordination with Marketing Manager (Advertising, Campaigns and Distribution).
  • In-chargeof online and offline marketing activities to ensure that community is highly engaged.
  • Assists Campaign/Marketing Manager and Director for Marketing and Distribution in the conceptualization of marketing strategies and programs, and in market research.
  • Assists Campaign Manager in Events Management, PR and Media Relations
  • Coordinates with external agencies for marketing/distribution requirements.
  • Liase with Program Management to ensure campaigns are planned in the calendar effectively.
  • Build close and effective relationships with all key internal and external customers, ensuring that all stakeholders are kept adequately informed about campaign progress at all times.
  • Agree key processing dates with the Campaign Owners and delivery team
  • identify, develop and manage improvements to campaigns -- targeting, design, testing, measurement, improvements with wider team.
  • Manage issues; work with Campaign/Marketing Manager to investigate and diagnose issues; product distribute campaign analysis reports.
  • Conduct regular reviews on campaign design with business owners.
  • Documentatin of Campaigns
  • Follow QC processes across all ares of campaign delivery - ensure that QC steps have been followed by the team.
  • Responsibility for the delivery of timely, error free outputs in line with the KPIs. Proactively chase Management to ensure briefs submitted on time.
  • Conduct brief acceptance process with delivery team.
  • Ensure that all audit processes are followed to minimize the risk of error.
  • Ensure all relevant offers are deployed to the websites correctly and timely.
