Operations Specialist - Systems


JOB QUALIFICATIONS :

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Experience in CRM system management
  • Technically minded with passion for systems
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • SQL queries and programming would be a plus
  • Familiariaty with loyalty program operation is a plus
  • Qualified candidate must be willing to be assigned at Pasay City.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :

 

He/she will be a super user of the loyalty system to manage configuration and settings, execute data requests and queries, administer rules, manage partner set up and execution of promotions as it relates to the system and monitor the health and running of the system. The Systems Administrator would also be responsible for process, documentation, and implementation of change requests for the program.

  • Administer the loyalty system to ensure its smooth running and integrity of configuration and management.
  • Create member tiers and clusters
  • Set up and manage program partners
  • Execute data extracts and campaigns that require system work
  • Data exchange - manage new and existing data exchanges processes , including file management and exception monitoring.
  • Member statementy set up and extracts. Supply of data to external parties for fulfillment purposes.
  • Manage other member communication processes generated by the system through multiple channels.
  • Manage member cluster, tier changes, and points expiry processes.
  • Administer program changes as they relate to the system configuration.
  • Monitor performance and all system processes such as reporting and file management.
  • To maintain documentation on the loyalty systems operation and ensure they are kept up to date with changes.
  • To become expert in translating strategy into execution by understanding the system and processes available coupled with the financial benefit and cost. Providing expert input into the implementation or initatives to ensure successful implementation and ongoing management.
