Organizational Development Director

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Lead and cultivate a high performing culture that is anchored on our Vision, Values and Purpose. Design and implement strategic  processes, procedures and programs that will ensure we meet both short-term and long-term goals.
  • Advice and consult with key leaders at Cebu Pacific to ensure that organization development plans, projects are aligned to objectives, goals and plans of the organization.
  • Provide consultation to stakeholders on the Talent Management, Organization Design & Structure and other programs, projects that will drive operational efficiency & excellence.
  • Drive projects and process improvements with business and HR leadership that include conducting, needs analysis, assessing gaps and providing solutions that address needs to help aid individual and organizational level.
  • Further develop change management and agility skills through robust readiness assessments, learnings, and interventions designed to increase early adoption and ownership of change.



  • College graduate of any HR related course or Business Management or equivalent.
  • Must have a strong background in OD for at least 7 years
  • Must have led the OD division of an organization
  • Willing to work in Pasay city
  • Can start immediately
