Partner Administrator


JOB QUALIFICATIONS

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent.
  • Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Marketing.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and produce desired results to strict deadlines.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • The Partner Administrator helps maintain the relationship with program partners by providing prompt and relevant assistance for all Program-related concerns of the Partner and their Program members.
  • The Partner Administrator will work with identified Partners and take care of the day to day requirements, queries and requests to achieve customer satisfaction.
  • Liases with various support units to fulfill specific partner requirements.
  • Assists the Partner Specialist in spotting opportunities on how internal processes can be improved to better service partners.
  • Program updates, marketing efforts and system enhancements are to be cascaded promptly and efficiently to partners to ensure partner involvement in promoting the program to their members.
