Basic Qualifications:

  • Must be currently a student of a Bachelor's Degree of any field majoring in Human Resource Development, Behavioral Science, Psychology, Organizational Communications, or equivalent.
  • Must be willing to be assigned in Pasay City from Monday to Friday.
  • Must be committed to complete the on-the-job training for at least 400 hours.
  • Dean's listers or student leaders or active involvement in various academic organizations is an advantage.
  • Confident in public speaking and has good communication skills.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills is a must.
