Safety Officer - Incident/Accident Investigation


Job Description

Responsible in the conduct of accident/incident investigation pertaining to ground, flight and fatigue related issues, prepares necessary report and monitor implementation of corrective/prevention action.

Job Responsibilities

Perform accident/incident investigation and prepare necessary report as well as monitor implementation of corrective and preventive action.

Coordinate with concerned CEB offices and external agencies on the investigation and implementation of corrective actions on each incident/accident/event handled by the Safety department.

Conduct Safety Audit/Inspection for MNL & outstation and prepares audit report.

Assists ERP Manager in the preparation, review and update of the company Emergency Response Program.
