Standards and Training Specialist


  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree
  • Must have a background and understanding on civil aviation security related programs, rules and regulations as basis for inspection/audit requirements.
  • Required skills: organizing and planning, presentation skills, public safety and security, excellent English communication skills (written and oral)
  • Required language(s): English, Filipino
  • Full-Time position(s) available.


  • Ensures implementation of Security Procedures as stated in the Cebu Pacific Security Program.
  • Ensures proper tracking of training of Security Personnel and its timely execution (as applicable).
  • Sets-up Initial and Recurrent Training of all Security Personnel in accordance with Cebu Pacific’s training requirements.
  • Reviews and monitors existing procedures and recommends modification as needed
  • Updates 201 files of Cebu Pacific organic Security Personnel and Security Service Provider personnel. Coordinates with the training assistant in ensuring that Training Summary Records are included in each employee 201 file
  • Coordinates with other departments on Aviation Security Awareness Training
  • Ensures strict compliance to Security policies and procedures and coordinates with concerned Station Heads on corrective and preventative actions when warranted
  • Updates the Cebu Pacific Security Program and Security Training Manual
  • Performs other duties and functions as directed by the Director-Security Services
