Technical Records Officer


JOB QUALIFICATIONS

 

  • Candidate must possess a Bachelor's degree in Aeronautical Engineering or any related course
  • Must be computer literate
  • Required skills: keen eye on details, good communication skills

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ensure to receive all accomplished aircraft documents, components tag, certificates and other aircraft document coming from the AMO's and Technical Store within the specified time for the accuracy and airworthiness of the fleet.
  • Update, review and encodes in the system or templates the complied technical publications and all other task cards and record them accordingly.
  • Prepares individual aircraft binders of all important/required documents to be submitted to the regulatory agency during the initial registration and airworthiness certificates of the aircraft and engine. Subsequently, updates and maintains its files.
  • Maintains, updates and reviews duplicate copies of all important certificates e.g. Certificate  of Airworthiness, Registration, Radio Station License, etc issued for each aircraft for cross reference and in case of loss of the original copies of the documents.
  • Completes other projects as assigned.
